A Western Global Boeing 747-400 freighter, registration N344KD performing flight KD-3367 from Amsterdam (Netherlands) to Chicago O'Hare,IL (USA), was accelerating for takeoff from Amsterdam's runway 36L when the crew rejected takeoff at low speed (about 40 knots), slowed and vacated the runway to the right. Airport vehicles responded and reported Kerosene seen coming off the left wing tip of the aircraft. Emergency services responded but reporting seeing nothing out of the ordinary. The aircraft subsequently returned to the apron.

The aircraft was able to depart for the flight about 4.5 hours after the rejected takeoff.
